Creepers are small inconspicuous little birds that are related to wrens and nuthatches. The best known creeper in the new world is the Brown Creeper. Creeper that often naturally spiral downward around a tree trunk, using their tail for balance. They search for minute insects or nectar with their long, curved beak. Names of other creepers include the Rocky Mountain, Sierra, and California creepers. Some warblers are called creepers.
