Orange-billed Sparrow
The Orange-billed Sparrow Arremon aurantiirostris, is in the Emberizidae (buntings and New World Sparrows) family. Its range is Central and northern South America. As the name indicated, it has an orange bill. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests.
These photos were taken at Carara National Park and Esquinas Rain Forest. Each time I saw the bird the light conditions required a flash.
