The Groove-billed AniCrotophaga sulcirostris is a member of the cuckoo family. Its relatively straight beak distinguishes it from the Smooth-billed Ani with its upwardly curved beak with a bump. It is present through southern Texas, Mexico, Central American and parts of South America.
These were photographed at Hacienda Solimar, Costa Rica.
