The ECOLODGES.
I thought that Google Maps on my iPad would be all that was necessary to find our way around in Costa Rica. Wrong! Most places gave a No Signal and thus that was useless. Fortunately we rented a GPS for the car that that was absolutely invaluable since there are virtually no road signs in Costa Rica. If you plan to drive a rental car in Costa Rica a GPS is a must have item.
