The Peach-faced Lovebird or Rosy-faced LovebirdAgapornis roseicollis is a species of lovebird native to arid regions in southwestern Africa such as theNamib Desert (see rage map). They are very social birds. Plumage can vary widely in different bird populations. Lovebirds are named for their sleep position in which they sit side-by-side and turn their faces in towards each other.
