The White-bellied BustardEupodotis senegalensis is a small African Bustard. It has striking facial coloration with white cheeks and white around the eyes in the male (1811) and whitish-brown check and around the eyes of females (1820). Its cry is a loud goose-like cackle. As shown in the range map the distribution of the White-bellied Bustard (care of Birdlife.org) follows a band just below the equator.
The 0400 series photos were taken at zos. All the rest were photogrpahed in Kenya/Tanzania.
