The Virginia’s Warbler Vermivora virginiae is similar to Lucy’s Warbler except that the rump is yellow instead of the white rump and rust-colored upper tail coverts of Lucy’s Warbler. Both have rust-colored crowns in the male. The breats of the Virginia's Warbler is light yellow.
